Meditation in 5 Days is an online meditation course created to get you meditating and with immediate results. You can practise with it at your own pace, any time you like.
The course addresses questions like "How to learn meditation?", "What are the best ways to meditate?", "How to start meditation?".
Irrespective of your previous experience, you'll learn how to do meditation, starting with simple exercises and gradually moving towards emptying your mind and achieving a status of deep meditation in a quick, easy and natural way.
Meditation in 5 Days lets you experience several of the most popular forms of meditations while giving you the confidence to meditate on your own and develop a meditation style that best suits your needs.
You will experience forms of meditation like Mindfulness Meditation, Relaxation Meditation, Buddhist Meditation, Insight Meditation, Tantra Meditation and "simple" meditation like Transcendental (TM) meditation and Breath Meditation.
Meditation can be used for simple goals such as helping yourself to relax, as well as for profound and life changing results. This meditation course will give you the confidence and the skills to meditate on your own without conditioning you on the way you should use (or not use) your new powerful skills. The decision is only yours.
The course is intended for people who have not previously practised meditation, as well as people who want to understand about different forms of meditation and new ways to make use of it for lasting results.
It includes about 30 practical audio meditation exercises, contained in 5 CD Quality audio meditations of 45 minutes each and 5 chapters of theory.
In addition, at the end of the course, you will obtain a Completion Certificate that you can share with friends, displayed on your Facebook account and use as proof of your meditation training.
Meditation in 5 Days is an online meditation course that you can access any time and as many times as you want, for a period of three months.
For each of the five chapters you will:
1. Read some short and simple theory.
2. Listen to CD Quality audio meditations based on a tutor guiding voice and an native American drumming background.
3. Write a short comment about your experience.
Listening, reading the theory and writing a short comment are the three steps required to move to the following chapters and complete the course.
After purchasing the meditation course you will be redirected to the first chapter (Day 1) where you can immediately start to learn how to meditate listening to the audio meditation and learn how to meditate.
The course is organised in five chapters of practical audio meditations and theory.

Day 1: You'll practice with several simple techniques of visualization and relaxation;
Day 2: You'll practice more advanced techniques to help release stress and worries;

Day 4: You'll go through a deep guided meditation which will explore your inner potentials;
Day 5: You'll make use of what you have learned to set goals for your life and obtain long lasting results.
